Red Place is headed by Nigel Reynolds and supported by a wide range of advisors, consultants and partners. Smaller projects can be undertaken independently and larger projects with established and trusted JV partners.

Nigel qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and has over 30 years experience in property acquisition, investment and development, including:

10 years as co-founder and owner of Berkshire Holdings LLP, securing and implementing a series of highly profitable trading, investment, refurbishment and development projects, a number of which were undertaken in Joint Ventures and others “in house”.

10 years as managing director of Sapcote Developments, acquiring and developing numerous industrial, residential and office schemes both for sale and investment creation.

Earlier in his career Nigel gained experience at a number of major property investment and development companies, including Laing Properties, Arlington Securities and Taylor Woodrow Property Company, at the latter responsible for all Central London commercial development.
