NIGEL REYNOLDS
Nigel qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and has over 30 years experience in property acquisition, investment and development, including:
10 years as co-founder and owner of Berkshire Holdings LLP, securing and implementing a series of highly profitable trading, investment, refurbishment and development projects, a number of which were undertaken in Joint Ventures and others “in house”.
10 years as managing director of Sapcote Developments, acquiring and developing numerous industrial, residential and office schemes both for sale and investment creation.
Earlier in his career Nigel gained experience at a number of major property investment and development companies, including Laing Properties, Arlington Securities and Taylor Woodrow Property Company, at the latter responsible for all Central London commercial development.

STEPHEN LABOUCHARDIERE
Steve was the co founder of the multi award winning hospitality design and architectural studio, DesignLSM. In over 30 years, Steve helped grow the studio into a multidisciplinary practice, working around the globe for some of the sectors most dynamic brands including Kempinski, Hilton, Marriott, Taj, Galvin & D&D London, amongst others. In this time Steve built many lasting relationships that enabled him and his team to deliver memorable environments and to develop an in depth understanding of the property needs of occupiers.

Steve lives in Brighton with his parter, Becky and has resided there for two decades. He was educated and grew up in Manchester where he met lifelong friend Nigel.
